Class Capacity: Classes are limited to 12 participants. Each reservation is valid for one person only.
Age Requirements: Classes are open to guests ages 8 and up. Children under 8 are not permitted in the class space. Guests ages 8–11 must be accompanied by an adult with a reserved seat.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to check in, sign your waiver, and get settled. If you are running late, please call the store to let us know.
Food & Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring snacks and beverages. Beer and wine are permitted for guests 21 and older and require acknowledgment on the class waiver.
Candle Pickup: Your custom candle will cure overnight and will be ready for pickup the next business day. Candles will be held for one week following class. After one week, shipping arrangements and fees may apply. If you are visiting from out of town, please arrange shipping before your departure if you are unable to return for pickup.
Cancellation Policy: Class reservations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your class and we will gladly transfer your reservation to a future date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Class Duration: Classes typically last approximately one hour.
